Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. In that case, NOA will cover the return costs.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and are processed within 7 days from receipt of the returned item.

Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
